We are excited to announce that QuantifiCare’s innovative 3D LifeViz® Micro system has been prominently featured in a clinical study published in Anti-Âge journal. The study, led by Dr. Sara Gómez-Armayones from Corium Dermatology Clinic, in collaboration with the dermatology department of Hospital Clínic in Barcelona, examined the effects of Sleep&Glow’s Omnia pillow on the reduction of sleep wrinkles.

Using QuantifiCare’s advanced 3D imaging technology, the LifeViz® Micro camera and Dermapix® software captured detailed measurements of skin microstructure, allowing researchers to assess the impact of the pillow before, during, and after its use. The study, conducted over 12 weeks with 23 participants aged 37 to 61, revealed that the Omnia pillow significantly reduced sleep wrinkles by up to 67%, with an 82% overall improvement among participants.

Dr. Gómez-Armayones stated, “The results of the clinical study showed the beneficial effects of the Omnia pillow from Sleep&Glow in reducing sleep wrinkles. This offers a simple, safe, and effective way to combat skin aging.”

QuantifiCare is proud to support research that advances non-invasive solutions for skincare. Our LifeViz® Micro continues to be recognized as an essential tool in dermatological research, providing precise, quantitative assessments for a wide range of skin conditions.

The LifeViz® Micro camera and Dermapix® software allowed the research team to capture detailed changes in the skin’s microstructure, including wrinkle depth and volume. This technology is vital in evaluating non-invasive treatments for reducing signs of aging, offering dermatologists a reliable method for tracking skin improvement over time. With its application in this clinical study, QuantifiCare’s technology continues to set the standard for precision and effectiveness in aesthetic dermatology.
