POSITION AND MISSIONS :

As Clinical Operations Global Manager, you will manage a diverse team based in France, Asia and the USA. Currently the role manages 6 direct reports and a total global team of 20 people made up of clinical study project managers (Senior, Expert or Confirmed), project manager assistants and trainees, and a Data Management team. Your objective is to guarantee the smooth collection and analysis of clinical data images on behalf of CROs or sponsors in the pharmaceutical industry on an international scale.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Manage the team’s activity to achieve the objectives set in line with the company’s strategy (assessment of team workload, allocation of clinical studies, live supervision of certain complex clinical studies, optimization of resources, etc.).
  • Actively participate in the company’s business development strategy, working closely with the Business Developers to respond effectively to industry and CRO calls for tender, proposing relevant R&D developments, and actively monitoring the environment, particularly regarding the development of new drugs and treatments.
  • Participate in the resolution of incidents, problems encountered, or questions raised by customers and clinical centers, and support audits in direct collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Participate in projects to optimize the organization of activities (processes, tools, information systems, standard procedures, etc.), and suggest any proactive actions to be implemented.

TECHNICAL PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • University degree or Grande Ecole diploma, ideally in project management or similar. A degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology) would clearly be a major asset.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position with management responsibilities is required, as is knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of clinical studies in aesthetics, dermatology or cosmetology is a plus.
  • English (C1 minimum) required
  • Computer skills: advanced knowledge of OpenOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
